Why did I not receive the full payment?

Answer

All of our prices are based on the expiration date on the products. If in any case, that the pay you received is less than the amount we provided on checkout, it is possible that after inspection, we saw discrepancies like the product is damaged or that the expiration date is sooner than what was declared upon checkout. For any disputes, contact us.
