Terms & Conditions for Selling Supplies to USA Medical Surplus
Effective date: February 2, 2025
Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before sending your package. By submitting your order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility and Ownership
- Age Requirement: I confirm that I am at least 18 years old.
- Ownership of Items: I affirm that I am the rightful owner of the items I am selling to USA Medical Surplus (or have obtained legal permission to sell these items on behalf of therightful owner). By submitting my items to USA Medical Surplus, I transfer legal ownership of these items to USA Medical Surplus.
2. Product Condition and Acceptability
- Condition of Items: USA Medical Surplus will not accept any boxes that arrive opened, stained, soiled, or severely damaged. This includes any items with water damage, inkmarks, or marker stains. Boxes with minor damages such as small rips, slight tears, scratches, bumps, or light crushing may still be accepted, but at a reduced price (typically 50% of the original value). - Safety Risk Items: Any products considered a safety risk (including those with significant damage) will be discarded.
- Prescription Label Removal: USA Medical Surplus will remove all prescription labels from the items before reselling them. I understand that if label removal results in damage to the packaging (e.g., torn covers or missing parts), my payment may be reduced.
- Labels will be removed immediately after receiving your items, and no personal information will ever be shared.
3. Tampered or Expired Products
- Tampered Products: Items with broken or missing seals are considered tampered with and pose a safety risk. These will not be accepted by USA Medical Surplus.
- OmniPod and Related Products: USA Medical Surplus will only accept OmniPod, OmniPod DASH, and OmniPod 5 products if they are in their original packaging, with individually sealed pods, matching lot numbers, and the full number of pods listed on the box.
- Expiration Requirements: USA Medical Surplus will not accept items that do not meet the minimum expiration date requirements as specified on the product pages of the website.
4. Pricing and Payouts
- Price Changes: Prices may change without notice. The payment you receive will be based on the price at the time your order is placed.
- Payment Timing: USA Medical Surplus agrees to release payment within 24 hours of processing your package.
5. Shipping and Reimbursement
- Shipping Label: USA Medical Surplus will provide a pre-paid USPS return shipping label to send your items. If you choose to ship via a different carrier or handle the shipping independently, USA Medical Surplus will reimburse you for the shipping cost up to $10.00 per package.
- International Shipments: USA Medical Surplus does not purchase medical supplies from international sources.
6. Accepted Products
- Product List: USA Medical Surplus purchases only the products listed on our website. For a full list of accepted brands and products, please visit: usamedicalsurplus.com/products.
- International Shipments: USA Medical Surplus does not purchase medical supplies from international sources.
7. Rejection of Non-Compliant Products
- Non-Compliant Products: If your items do not meet the above terms and conditions, USA Medical Surplus will not pay for return shipping and will not issue payment for those items.
8. Processing and Payment Timing
- Weekend Processing: Packages received on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Payments will be released within 24 hours of processing.
- Encrypt all sensitive transactions and information.
